Continuing our Fall Pleasures series, today we’re taking you on a tour of New England villages. Nearly every direction you travel in this area, you’ll come across a charming hamlet, the white steepled church gracing the green, and quaint shops and cafes lining the common. We’re sharing our favorite destinations, some nestled within forests flaming scarlet and orange with changing foliage. Others sit on granite coast lines with antique houses dotting the crooked lanes, all tumbling down to the harbor where lobstermen bring in their catch, as they have for centuries. We think you’ll agree that New England’s villages are worth a visit, whether in person, or in your dreams.
